Hey dancers ... it’s a real talk reality check moment. You might have checked out our stories and saw the delicious baked goods we picked up today as a special treat. I hope you thought, oh those look yummy I should try something sometime. What many of us probably thought... man I can’t have that, these calories aren’t worth it. Well guess what!!? You’re wrong. You can (and should) treat yourself to yummy things sometimes. . . Dancers are strong because we push ourselve...s... not because we are the smallest versions of ourselves.
