Please share and join Coachs Matty and Meishen in Las Vegas at the Plaza Hotel Sept-30----Oct-3 for clinics and lessons.This is an example of how to practice . ...Play the point on only 10 ft of the court after the serve . Slow high and as deep return as you can keep it in ,only getting 1 inch from the NVZ line . Be accurate and consistent ,and only 3rd shots allowed for the servers to get 1 inch from the NVZ. Now that's practice . 50% practice 50% play Only one month of this drill and it will be your game . Slow it down from the back line ,Split step Everytime your opponent is ready to hit the ball .Only Dink at the line until it's give them lunch time See more
