The Cobleskill Police Department would like to remind motorists that per Section 148-7 of the Code of the Village of Cobleskill, there is no overnight parking between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM on any street within the Village of Cobleskill as well as the Village parking lot at the corner of Main Street and Union Street from November 1st to April 15th. Also, per Section 148-32 of the Code of the Village of Cobleskill, in the event of a snow emergency (three inches or more of snowfal...l), vehicles must be removed from all Village parking lots with the exception of the Union Street parking lot next to Backstreet Music. Once the other parking lots have been cleared of snow, vehicles may be moved back to those lots, and then the Union Street lot will be cleared. Vehicles violating these regulations may be subject to being ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
