Loving our new laundry area compliments of @charles.winkler ! We replaced the washer and dryer about a year ago with this amazing @speedqueenhome set. It gets all of our white linens spotless and sanitized. My husband spent this past week hiding the dryer vent in the wall and installing these cabinets. #birthhome #oldhouseprojects #coithouse

After and before of the birth room bedroom. Isn’t it amazing how a coat of paint and a plant can transform the room? We were also super excited to continue the life of this gorgeous dresser turned bathroom vanity.

The installation of our indoor sprinkler system has finally begun! Please excuse a little noise and dust over the next few weeks! This sprinkler was necessary to bring the house up to code for its new designated use and is one of the final steps in completing the process for the adaptive reuse permit we obtained about a year ago.
