Book in now as table reservations are limited. Please join us as we raise money for Jason Wood, who is battling Stage 4 cancer. Table Reservations are required for on premise dining and a limited number of take-out dinners will also be available online. Admission includes One Dinner featuring 1/2 BBQ Chicken, Salt Potatoes, Smokehouse Beans and a Dinner Roll as well as a donation for Jason.... Strict Covid Rules will Be Enforced. COVID-19 Guidance was issued by the NYS Liquor Authority governing ALL licensed bars and restaurants that all patrons of all establishments must follow. Please keep in mind that we don't have a choice but to inform you of the rules, and enforce them. We so much appreciate your patience and understanding during these very trying times. And, we have several sanitizing locations available for your convenience. 1. All patrons must always wear a mask not seated. This means that face coverings must be worn upon entry to the property - even when walking to and from your vehicle on your way to the parking areas. Masks can be removed to enjoy your food and beverages once you are seated at your table. 2. Food and/ Drink may NOT be consumed while standing. All consumption must be while seated. We cannot permit standing, dancing, or gathering of any kind except while seated at your table. 3. Food must be ordered initially in order to purchase an alcoholic beverage. You may order anything from our menu from our Wood Fired Kitchen, and platters in our Tasting Room. Please maintain 6' spacing between individuals or groups. 4. Patrons may only approach the bar to place or receive their order. Gathering or hanging around the bar is not permitted, unfortunately, so please immediately take your drinks back to your table. In addition, we must maintain physical distancing at the bar so we have installed lines on the floor to indicate 6’ spacing. Please help us maintain everyone’s safety and stay in compliance with the regulations. As the Executive Order mandates, Colloca Estate Winery may at its own discretion evict any patrons thought not to be complying with the rules. So, please, if you don’t think that you can adhere to these guidelines, please order take out. We apologize in advance for these rules. We all want to return to the old days. But, for now, we must stay in compliance with regulations in order to remain open and also do our best to maintaining the safety of our patrons and team members.
