Check # 1 - Please log in and check that you have Version 3.5 or higher of Lightning Emergency Mode. The version number will be listed on the log in screen in the lower left corner as shown below. Be sure to test all registers. If your system does not read... Version 3.5 then please call Lightning support for a quick update. Check # 2 - Review whether you would like to add any new work stations to cope with business. Note: Adding an additional register license will require a six month commitment. Check # 3 - Perform a practice cash and credit card transaction to ensure your Emergency mode is running smoothly.
