Hello All, We are temporarily modifying our hours at the Craryville and New Lebanon locations. Craryvilles office will be open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 11-3 and New Lebanon will revert to an appointment basis. Thank you for your patience with us.

Hello All, our Martindale office will not be staffed this week. Our 9H will have someone around, although we kindly ask you not come in to make a payment. Hello Everyone. To help assist families that may be in need during this time, we have decided to suspend auctions and are extending an extra grace period for overdue payments. Our #1 concern is the health of our community. Your belongings are safe with us, stay safe and wash your hands.

Despite some rain and snow, our buildings on 9H are up and the pad at our New Lebanon location is graded and being poured soon!

A wet and windy day doesn't slow this crew. Using the big crane to put the roof pieces in places makes it so easy, it's almost cheating.
