Engine 37 and Ladder 40 are hosting the 43rd annual FDNY vs NYPD Five Mile Race through upper Manhattan. Every year New York's Bravest takes on New York's Finest to see who is the fastest that New York has to offer. This may be a race to see who is New York's Fastest, but we encourage all to join. Support your local firehouse or precinct! All are welcome to join in the race! We meet at 1573 Madison Ave New York, New York. There you can pickup your packet and head to the starting line. The race begins in Central Park on the 102nd Street Transverse and makes one southern loop of the park with the finish line back on the 102nd Street Transverse.
