A message from Pastor Harris Thompson. Kudos to ACS Director Pastor Augustave. My fellow colleagues should know, that Dr Augustave did a superb job at the Coro...na Seventh-day Adventist church on Sunday, May 10, 2020, in fact, the word superb, doesn’t do justice to the Herculean efforts of Dr. Augustave, Dr. Alicia Massop-Flowers, Ernie Flowers III, Tony Hall (Van driver), and others, whose names, I didn’t know. In summary, I want to acknowledge the organizational acumen demonstrated by the leadership of our ACS food pantry / Kitchen namely - Edna Faulkner (Director of ACS), Speedie Plummer, Paulette Thomlinson, Ron Beckford (Elder), and Linden Antoine, (Head of Personal Ministry). It’s the indefatigable, unimaginable labor, exerted by this team, and unnamed others, who give our pantry, for lack of a better word, accreditation. So, we, the members of the Corona church family, applaud their efforts. It’s always tempting to take credit as Head of the church, and there are times we are deserving of credit. As leaders, we should never be reticent about giving credit when it’s warranted, and this monumental undertaking, is such an example. Thank all of you, for making Sunday's event a template for success. And one more time, thanks Dr. Augustave for your brilliant leadership. Pastor Harris Thompson
