New entrance for RAYMOND Corporation in Greene NY - Steel is up!

Since January, I have started working out of the offices of ZFSA in order to focus on larger commercial work. I can now offer my clients high resolution computer graphics as well as design build services through ZFSA Construction. ZFSA has been in business since 1973 and I am replacing Ray Scruton who is retiring from here.

Another client makes the grade as one of CNY's best Chinese restaurants - Bamboo House!

Here is the Nolan House completed. Helped advise the restoration including the idea to leave the corner open so that the construction is visible.

Panels are going up on my Raymond Kirkville Road project and it is starting to really look great! What do you think?

Project Update: Received final code inspection for this camp. Wishing my client many happy days ahead at this wonderful family compound.

Will not say for who or where but thought some may be inspired by the final result. Tons of space with a contemporary flair. Design uses advanced framing techniques with redundant environmental systems.

Another successful project opens!

Another one and done! Congrats to Vicky and Tai Shaw in getting Site Plan Approval for the new Glamour Nails & Spa with their first trip to the DeWitt Planning Board! And Thanks to the Sam, and Stephanie and the rest of the Town of DeWitt staff that helped us make a successful presentation.
