When your parking lot looks like this, text a photograph to the property manager to let them know. That’s called actual notice. And there’s a better chance it will be addressed before someone falls and gets hurt.
Smallaw holiday card stuffing session...wishing all of our friends a Merry Christmas!

DID YOU KNOW? The NY Minimum Wage and Salary will increase on December 31, 2020. "Non-exempt employees" currently making less than $12.50 per hour or $937.50 per week will be required to receive an increase in wages to $12.50/hour. Generally speaking, if you are a salaried employee and do not get paid overtime no matter how much you work, this does not effect you. If you are an hourly wage earner (non-exempt), then this helps you. Those who live in the NYC metropolitan area may be subject to a higher minimum wage.
