Try CrossFit! It sure changed my life - 13 years ago!

It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see. ~Henry Davidson Thoreau. Happy New Year CFF Family! What can I say about 2020 that hasn’t already been said? It brought all kinds of unexpected challenges to us. It also caused us to slow down, condense our circles, be thankful for good health, and appreciate many things we took for granted. Such as dinner with friends, hugs, parties, and picnics. One of our greatest traits as humans is our ability to hope. We start... fresh every single year. We adapt, adjust, and move forward. We have strength of spirit, mind and body. This year is no different. It did not break us. I believe one of the most important things we can do, is be prepared. I am not talking about buying cases of toilet paper . Expect the unexpected. Stay strong in spirit, mind, and body. Whatever your belief system is don’t neglect it. Pray, meditate, reflect. Learn something new in 2021. A new language, a game, painting, woodwork challenge your brain! At CFF, we can help you keep your body strong and ready for anything. Focus on a variety of movements and build endurance and strength. Get outside every day and enjoy the world around you. Most of the feedback I received is positive regarding our outdoor workouts. I believe each of our members were better prepared for this pandemic than many. By coming to the gym every day, they are valuing their health. It is not about the six-pack abs or the competitions. It is about surviving a pandemic. It is about being able to take care of your family and enjoy activities with them. It is functional and realistic activity. Our community is the absolute best. Even though we were limited in activities together we managed to stay together. I also believe these relationships keep us healthy. I am so thankful for all my members love and support this past year. I look forward to rebuilding during this new year. I love you all! Stay strong. See more
