If you have extra time drop down to ~80% of today's Triple and hit 2-4 more triples. If you are an experienced athlete with a strong starting position - consider deadlifting from a deficit (2"). Record your weight. For this complex, consider some variations besides the barbell. While the barbell is a badass option and more than totally cool, KBs and DBs would make a great choice, as well.
