"WINTER IS COMING--TIME TO STOCK THE FREEZER WITH CERTIFIED 100% GRASSFED BEEF, ORGANICALLY RAISED AT CROSS ISLAND FARMS ON WELLESLEY ISLAND"--We are now accepting deposits and reservations for our September 16th harvest date for mixed quarters, halves, or wholes of Certified 100% Grassfed (NOFA-NY) beef, organically raised at Cross Island Farms. The animals are Certified Organic (NOFA-NY) but the butcher is not certified organic, so we cannot label the meat as certified org...anic. These are smaller animals so the mixed quarters should weigh about 100-125 lbs. hanging weight.
