This is a great exercise for your abs he’s using an ab roller. If you have a weak lower back I don’t recommend starting off with this exercise. Every exercise that I post each one of my clients work up to performing these difficult exercises. It’s a process you have to work up to it and it takes hard work and consistency.

Cold Spring Country Club Pro Wins Lincoln Senior Women’s Met Open Huntington, NY, July 5, 2019--- Cold Spring Country Club director of instruction, Jane Sirmons won the 2019 Lincoln Senior Women’s Met Open held at Greenbrook Country Club, NJ on July 1-2. Her final round 73 propelled her to a three-shot victory over runner-up Wendy Modic of Fenway Golf Club. Sirmons, who has been at Cold Spring Country Club for 11 years, is also a teaching pro at the Longboat Key Club in Flori...da. At CSCC she manages the very successful PGA Junior League golf program and is a prolific teacher of both children and adult club members. A former member of the LPGA tour, she grew up in St. Petersburg, FL and played collegiately at Florida International University. She will be participating in the LPGA T&CP National Championship at Pinehurst in North Carolina, August 24-28. Jane’s victory comes in a year that The Golf Course at Cold Spring Country Club is celebrating its 100th birthday, said club president Michael Langer. Designed by legendary golf course architect Seth Raynor, The Golf Course was commissioned by world-renowned Wall Street financier, philanthropist and patron of the arts Otto Kahn as part of his estate on the North Shore of Long Island. Raynor, a disciple of Charles Blair Macdonald, adhered to the philosophy of replicating the design features of the best holes from Europe. He was considered revolutionary and bold due to his earth moving skills.
