CORNELL UNIVERSITY IN THE BEGINNING
CORNELL COLLEGE: MORRILL HALL IN 1868
Cultural exploration, folk music, and ice cream: life at Cornell can be summed up into three things for religious studies and Asian studies major Ana Penavi '2...0. While the ice cream part was a big part of what brought Ana to Ithaca, she was ready to set down some roots after taking Introduction to Religious Studies, one of those classes she deems "too good to be true." Though she grew a lot during her time at Cornell, she always felt welcome to keep learning -- a true representation of our motto: any person, any study. Learn more about Ana, her four years at Cornell, and her advice for younger students: https://as.cornell.edu//ana-penavic-my-most-treasured-memo Ana's story is a part of our project called Extraordinary Journeys: Class of 2020. Stay tuned as we feature more students every week!
