Summary: We are looking for a professional energy management consultant to service multiple accounts on a weekly basis. Our Company has consulting contracts to train and develop one resource in each Customer account to perform as an Energy Manager. Consultant will perform as an onsite enegy manager and train Customer resource in the generally acceped means and methods. Consultant will idenify energy efficiency opportunities and develops programs and processes to include energ...y efficiency in the decision making process. Duties include: Review Local Law 87 survey data and develop energy efficiency and retro-comissioning reports. Assist Clients with assembling internal energy management teams Configure and manage customer facing SharePoint sites to track energy projects and deliverables. Collaborate with Clients and develop energy master plans Review O&M Manuals for each account Review energy efficiency analysis and reports from LCA or third party engineers Develop business cases for each Customer to implement energy efficiency measures Prepare Monthly, Quartlery and Final reports to NYSERDA Oversee enegy efficiency measures that are being implemented Maintain sharepont lists and other databases so that information is up to date Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent CEM or equivalent Proven track record in developing and manageing energy efficiency projects at a corporate level Demonstrable Experience with SharePoint Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Teams and Planner plus. Local Law 87 and 97 experience a plus. A couple of months ago my company received their license to sell electricity in Massachusetts. We filed for it because we have a multi-state customer that we manage electricity for in Mass. It is a pretty good business model that does not require a lot of face to face interaction which is a good thing in this covid-19 environment. Everyone needs electric or gas and the market is very low for obvious reasons so it is a good time to lock into an energy contract.
