between 3:30 and 4 p.m.- over twenty five minutes, dialing and redialing the Administration Dept in Kings County Surrogates Court- phone rings til it hangs up on you. Call another department- get told there's nothing they can do from their office- just keep trying. And clients wonder why they get billed for "quick" phone calls.

This week, I received an unfavorable decision following arbitration. Trial de novo, here we come. Perhaps the judge will keep better control.

Finished the traverse hearing- service held proper- immediately on to the trial- Client is pleased and I've learned a lot
