Due to the intensely cold weather, IPH is opening Danielle's House Emergency Shelter tonight. This seasonal emergency shelter will be open every night through March 2020 regardless of Code Blue status. Looking for ways to help? Donations of bar soap, liquid laundry detergent, meals, and winter coats are needed. As always, financial donations are much appreciated and help our programs run efficiently. http://bit.ly/IPHdonate For shelter or to get involved, please call 518-627-4649.

Ron (name has been changed) is a resident in Danielle's House's transitional housing. He has made big changes in his life since he arrived here! Ron was having trouble getting on his feet because his biggest hurdle was securing affordable housing on his income. While at Danielle's House, Ron has stabilized his living situation. Ron has worked hard, received multiple job offers, and is now working a job he enjoys. With this new job, he has begun to save money for a fresh start and to reunite with his teenage son.
IPH's Danielle's House is an important part of the community providing emergency, transitional, and permanent housing- https://www.fultoncountyexpress.com/rural-roundtable-bring/

Cynthia came to Danielle’s House trying to regain stability and reunite with her daughter. The safe, comfortable living environment allowed her set goals and become stronger. Cindy is proud to now be in her own apartment!
Today is #GivingTuesday. It is a cold and snowy day to remind us of the importance of the programs and services of IPH and Danielle's House. As you warm up and start your day, consider a donation to support the most vulnerable individuals and families in our community.
