Darwins Health Club

For the last few weeks we’ve been under the impression gyms would be included in Phase 4, unfortunately we are now on standby (again) until given clearance by NYS to re-open. In the meantime we have been working on some changes to be better prepared for opening and safety provisions for everyone! Again, we miss our Darwins family and can't wait to have you back!

For a business that has been open every single day (except Christmas day) for the last 32 years, it has been extremely strange to be closed for 75 days in a row. We've had quite a few people reaching out asking when we'll be re-opening.. it is still not known to us if gyms will be included in "phase 3" or "phase 4" of the state mandated re-opening schedule or what regulations will be given to us when we do re-open. As soon as we have more re-opening news or guidelines we will keep you updated! Just a reminder to all of our current members.. memberships will be credited for the number of days the club is closed. We hope you are all doing well and staying safe during these these crazy times - we truly miss you and cant wait to have you back!

In compliance with the Governor’s orders, all gyms are to be to shut down at 8PM this evening until further notice. We will be working with state authorities to open our doors as soon as possible! We will post updates and information as we have it.

Darwins Health Club remains open with the exception that we will not be running group exercise classes on a week-to-week basis pending the outcome of the recent pandemic. We encourage our members to use the sanitary stations that are available throughout the facility and to engage in frequent hand washing. We will continue to vigorously pursue high standards of sanitation in the cleaning of our facility. Thank you! EDIT: Please refer to our most recent post.
