Due to circumstances outside of our control at this time our 2020 Downtown Syracuse Market debut will be delayed by a few weeks. For our Syracuse friends and loyal customers who cannot withstand the delay we have options. You can call to arrange a time for a visit to the farm above Cayuga Lake or see at on Saturday 10-2 @ Aurora Farmer's Market and make it part of a family day trip to FLX. Your can order (call/text 315 406 1538) and we can rendezvous on my next trip to or near Syracuse. We can also ship directly to your home. New landing date at the Downtown Market will be posted in the coming weeks.

Sales began Saturday at the Farmer's Market in Aurora with my lovely bride beside and a birds eye view of Cayuga Lake in front. It was great to see many old customers and to introduce new ones to the wonderful world of garlic. Larry and I will join forces again at the Syracuse Downtown Market starting next Tuesday at 9 AM. I am looking forward to see many of old friends there again.

Harvest complete and garlic is drying quickly. Bulbs ready for sale next week. Still priced at $10 lb. Garlic powder will be ready in a couple weeks and folks are now pre-ordering. Got informed yesterday that this coming Tuesday the 8th is the last Downtown Farmer's Market in Syracuse. As promised, I will have garlic powder for all those who have been waiting patiently for October 15th. Our last batch of 42 bottles made from 12 lbs of pure clove is dehydrating at this very moment.

October 1st and the field is ready for 2020 planting. Rent-A-Row will begin this Saturday and run through Halloween. You come out to the farm and get instruction, space and garlic seed to plant your own 100 plants. In June you come back to harvest the scapes and in July the garlic.
