NY has made this mindfulness resource available. I've browsed it and really like the "Mindful Living" animation. "It's easy to forget that what we're looking for is already here....". I came across this today and found it very helpful. I had the great pleasure of attending one of his talks in Toronto quite some time ago, and the two hours he spent talking seemed like minutes.

If you're looking for an online yoga class, please check this out. I've worked for Marla for quite some time and she's put together an awesome offering. I'm not sure if I'll be doing anything online myself, as I'm headed into volunteering for Meals on Wheels and not sure how much that will consume me in the short term.
