Delaware Engineering DPC 17.01.2021

A few months ago, we shared a video from Eastman Associates, Inc. showing the digester cover at the Oneonta wastewater treatment plant being removed as part of an overall plant upgrade. We are happy to report that construction is winding down and the cover has been replaced! Note: video has no sound.

Delaware Engineering DPC 29.12.2020

Another building project is nearing completion, this time in the hamlet of Callicoon! Delaware Engineering was hired by the Western Sullivan Public Library to coordinate the design, bidding and construction of some exterior improvements to the historic library building on Lower Main Street. All of the work is being done by local contractors, including Darder Stone Works, Liberty Iron Works, Wagner Masonry, and R & H Gorr Trucking and Excavating.

Delaware Engineering has been working with the City of Oneonta on administering a $2.3 million Downtown Improvement Fund (DIF) as part of the City's $10M Downtown Revitalization Initiative program. Construction on the first round of facade projects is well underway, as shown in this great shot of the new sign and awning at EDWARD TELEKY JEWELER on Dietz Street.

Very proud to be working on this exciting project with the Delaware County DPW in partnership with Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC. We are entering the final design phase in anticipation of a 2021 construction start date.
