Home Safe provides subsidized housing for undomiciled men and women returning from incarceration under the Rapid Re-Housing project (RRH) grant. Home Safe works collectively with our Reentry program to ensure that clients referred to our programs have safe and suitable independent housing in place, while each individual start working on self-sustainable goals.
