With the last year, it’s important that we are always following guidelines for our safety and the patients safety. ... From in office to our social media, how patients and others perceive us is important. Providing the safest dental visit. Now more than ever your patients are aware of safety protocols. Chairside musts: Lab coat so that arms are covered. Hair up and scrub caps. Masks- properly fitted (not twisted(this causes gaps) or N95 fit tested. Face shields or eye goggles. Also goggles for the patients. Properly sized gloves (which are in high demand) It’s important that all PPE fit properly and is required to be provided for by the employer. There are a ton of resources with @osaporg @learn2prevent and @level_up_infection_prevention that can help.
