Chapter III of Alpine Awards & Engraving Following the death of Ed in 2012 the store slowly consolidated it’s offerings to focus on cross country skiing equipment and engraving. In 2015, Heidi, Ed and Ingrid’s youngest daughter, bought the business from her mother and the name was changed to Alpine Awards and Engraving to more closely align with the vast majority of it’s business.... Heidi had grown up in the store and learned many of those customer service lessons from her mom and dad. While the name of the business has changed the belief that customer service is the top priority remains at Alpine Awards and Engraving.
