TELEMEDICINE WITH THE MED STATION See our doctors and medical providers virtually! Having a video visit with us in the comfort of your home or wherever you are ...is convenient and safe. Limit your physical exposure at a doctor's office or an urgent care through Telemedicine. If you need further personal evaluation or testing, the doctor will schedule you to come in to be seen. We will provide a safe environment for you to come in as we sanitize the exam room every time a new patient comes in. We limit the amount of patients at a time. Your vehicle and the outdoors will be our new waiting room for now if you need to come in. Otherwise a video visit can suffice for management of any medical concern. We will send prescriptions and test orders electronically to the pharmacy, a testing facility or to a specialist doctor. Our 2nd nursing home of the day today. After testing the staff at Rosewood On The Sound in Bayville in the morning, The Med Station headed out east to East Nort...hport and tested the staff at Birchwood Suites Assisted Living. A full day of COVID-19 diagnostic swab testing at 2 nursing homes and assisted living facilities. First time we ventured out of our neighborhood of Glen Cove/Locust Valley/Glen Head/Sea Cliff/Bayville and to Suffolk county servicing those in need. Keeping up with NYS mandate on nursing homes.
