Hey Dharma Dog Yogi’s...since we cannot have our usual holiday fundraisers we will be assisting Daria White and her church’s efforts to support the Congolese Re...fugee community in Buffalo. It’s very simple and does not require you to provide any payment information. You can also text me if that’s better for you! The classes will be live streamed as well Functional Flow at 9am and All Levels Yoga at 1015. Hope to see some of you personally!

This is our first week of hybrid classes! We will see how it goes. I will post the clssses on FB and the DharmaDogYoga website each week. All classes are $7 including Peaceful Flow on Wednesday! This week’s schedule is: Peaceful Flow Wednesday at 5pm on Zoom Functional Flow Saturday at 9am at Buff&Flo Yoga as well as Zoom All Levels Yoga 1015am at Buff&Flo Yoga and Zoom... Please text me at (716) 207-7229 to reserve your spot at the studio. The limit is 10. Mats will be socially distanced and you must wear a face mask. The studio is extremely clean and safe.
