This is a wax try in of a proposed full arch zirconium Restoration on six all zirconium (ceramic implants). This was the first total CAD/CAM try in and it was almost perfect! Slight adjustments and this patient is done and most of all happy, and the restoration will last a long time! Patient came in with a fractured three unit bridge that could not be replaced. Patient has events this weekend and life to live. She would have felt embarrasse...d to be without teeth. Instead of the lengthy and sometimes toothless options that patients are frequently presented, the patient was scanned and PMMA long term provisional restoration was milled. The two teeth were extracted and two implants were placed. The provisional was installed and although the patient cannot chew on the provisional until the healing is complete, aesthetically, the patient can go about her busy life without the numerous back and forth consultations without teeth.
