DASG Phillip Tomarchio received the FY21 1st QTR Civilian of the Quarter Award for DES. DASG Tomarchio’s attention to detail enabled him to identify twenty traffic violators for various offenses; detained four individuals for possession of a controlled substance; possession of a weapon; aggravated unlicensed operation; and a bench warrant.
