#33 Lime I love Lime. I use Lime more than Lemon except on fish. I add it to my tartar tho. A couple of drops goes great in a beer or mixed drink to give it that nice tart zip. Lime is also great for to uplift your mood. Mixed with Cranberry it is great for some digestive and urinary issues. I am NOT allergic to this oil. Uses... Diffuse Lime oil to cleanse the air. Put some Lime on a cotton pad and use to help remove grease spots and sticker residue. Add a drop of Lime to your drinking water for enhanced flavor. Add one drop to your facial cleanser or shampoo for added cleansing properties (see cautions). Cautions Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying product. https://www.doterra.com/US/en/p/lime-oil

#32 Lemongrass I use this oil in some bug blends that I make. It is also good for joints and sore muscles. I do not like the aroma of this oil so I only put it on before bed so that it is hidden under the blankets. I am NOT allergic to this oil. Please keep in mind that everyone does not react the same to different aromas. Something I do not like you might love.... Uses Combine equal parts Fractionated Coconut Oil and Lemongrass oil for a massage after a hard workout. Use to flavor entrées and meat dishes while promoting healthy digestion.* Blends well with Basil, Cardamom, or Spearmint. Dilute oil, then rub or spritz on skin before going outside. #30 Lemon Lemon oil is used all the time here. I use it in furniture polish, to take labels and glue off things, and to help remove stains from oily things like salad dressing or pizza sauce. A drop of Lemon oil on a fresh oil stain breaks up the fat in the spot to release the oil out of it leaving little or no mark behind. Better than a tide spot treater while I'm out or home. It has many other uses in our home and I'm sure your list is long too. I am NOT allergic to this oi...l. Uses Take internally to assist with seasonal respiratory discomfort.* Add Lemon oil to a spray bottle of water to clean tables, countertops, and other surfaces. Lemon oil also makes a great furniture polish; simply add a few drops to olive oil to clean, protect, and shine wood finishes. Use a cloth soaked in Lemon oil to preserve and protect your leather furniture and other leather surfaces or garments. Lemon oil is a great remedy for the early stages of tarnish on silver and other metals. Diffuse to create an uplifting environment. Cautions Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying product. https://www.doterra.com/US/en/p/lemon-oil

#29 Lavender Well funny thing is I do NOT like the smell but what it does is worth every second I have it on. I know I am not normal. Anyways I posted earlier about using Lavender on a fresh burn(If I knew tonight's oil was this I would have waited) and how it too out the sting instantly and it never blistered. Well not a bubble blister but the top layer was shot. I also use it for itching but I don't need help sleeping normally. It is in Correct X which I use for every littl...e nick and cut. And now this burn. I put it on a paper towel in the cage with a very nervous dog and it helps them also. I am NOT allergic to this oil. Uses Add a few drops of Lavender oil to pillows, bedding, or bottoms of feet at bedtime. Keep a bottle of Lavender oil on hand to soothe occasional skin irritations. Freshen your linen closet, mattress, car, or the air by combining Lavender essential oil with water in a spray bottle. Take internally to reduce anxious feelings.* Use in cooking to soften citrus flavors and add a flavorful twist to marinades, baked goods, and desserts. Cautions Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. https://www.doterra.com/US/en/p/lavender-oil
