My phone has been ringing nonstop from many of which who never even knew the Finger Lakes even existed. It’s not surprising how many people down state are just ...waiting to break loose. Market will be flooded with inventory and buyers soon. Stop sitting on your hands waiting for the storm to pass. The phone is not going to ring unless you do something to cause it to ring.

Spring has arrived with the magnolia and cherry trees gracing us with their delicate and impermanent beauty. Practice now in letting go of whatever is superfluo...us. The simple life is best. Consider letting go of physical belongings; old clothes, furniture, household goods. Pass along books you've read. Let go of old feelings and grudges, criticisms and judgments. Let go of old habits and ways of thinking that are keeping you tied to suffering. Declutter your mind. What is weighing you down in body, mind and spirit? Now is a good time to set it free forever and open yourself up to receive the newness, the lightness of being. Free yourself from all that binds you and allow the light in your heart and soul to expand! See more

My dear friends, how we have navigated the layers within the layers in 2019. Many of us, as I have met and continue to meet so many beautiful people through my ...work or just by divine intersection, have been stretched in our personal lives. And at times, wondered where the magic in life has gone. But let me tell you with certainty that 2020, is our year. It is the year of the rising of the Sun, where our deepest desires can unfold and where new blossoms can bloom in our lives. This said, I am encouraging you to carve out time, to sit and breathe. To be present in a conversation versus racing to get to the next place. To find the time, to truly be present with yourself. To allow your emotions to be just that, and to be observer but not the participant of any chaos around you. To exude peace. And then peace will flow into the spaces around you. To love yourself as much as the Divine loves you. To remember that you my dear friend, have incarnated with purpose. That you are pure love and worthy of joy. Dance. Laugh. Contemplate. And find the things that bring you joy. I am excited to walk with you, in the next phase of the collective consciousness of all of our potential. Love and peace to all. See more
