To our valued patients, There is no higher priority than the safety of our patients and employees. We remain in close communication with medical professionals, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and government agencies, in order to stay on top of this evolving situation. Our practice continues to follow all guidelines of CDC and American Dental Association (ADA) pertaining to the health and safety of our patients and staff. Specifica...lly: - We use disposables as much as possible. - Instruments that are not disposable, are sterilized after each patient. - We use an autoclave that heats our instruments to a minimum of 250 F for at least 30 minutes by using saturated steam under at least 15 psi of pressure. - We use an EPA approved, hospital-grade disinfectant in the restroom and dental operatories. - Our office is equipped with a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter, which filters recirculated air to remove airborne particles.
