What is Personalized Performance Simply stated, it’s our way of providing you with a remote and/or physically distanced program, that’s written specifically with YOU in mind. Why would someone need that... The reasons (especially in 2020) seem infinite: Bought a bunch of equipment during quarantine and have no idea what to do with it You’re still a little apprehensive going back to the gym You have a very specific goal you’re striving to attain you want a professional coach to give you feedback on movement quality through the program as if you’re in front of them (oh yes, it does that) Work has you busy when the gym is closed but you need that pump Whatever the reason is we have a coach ready to start helping you today. Programs are % customized around you (time, equipment, injury, anything). Clean the dust off that equipment in the corner and get ready to get in the best condition of your life! #yourcommunitygym #bringthecoachtoyou #distancedofcourse #sixfeetmom

We do a lot more than write workouts. A great program will only take you so far, you also need the movement quality to support it. Lifting heavy weight is the last thing you should consider doing if you can’t move your body into the proper positions. ... It’s our job to: know proper movement mechanics in order to understand what each lift should look like know how to correct dysfunction using verbal/Visual/tactile cues have a large arsenal of corrective techniques in order to work with YOU. It’s our job as coaches to help you understand. It is not your job as an athlete to learn around our Coaching abilities. Don’t go head first into heavy weight and a lot of repetitions until you have the movement quality to support it. Play the long game. Get yourself a coach that coaches you. Your body will thank you later.
