This is where we are at. Been in business since 2009, and have sold over thousands of orders, through interstate commerce all over the US. We have Payroll set up through ADP. We now have 1 full time and 3 part time employees. The USPTO office, (Patent and Trrademark) is fighting us hard, and have two law firms working to get us the Trademark registered. We went through Cerity for our Workman's Compensation insurance. I have hired Sentry Law, Jeff Cooper, to get us in the r...ight perspective as far as the business status. We have even gone so far as buying a special building to run the business from, so our employees can legally social distance. Now we are screen printing many of our own boxes, which has been a fun ride, and we are offering custom printed T-Shits available for sale. Soon to be listed on our site under Other Items. When we started in the beginning with just 18 of the most common varieties, I never thought we would grow to where we are today. We now have over 250 varieties. It has been a fun run, and I seem to be able to step back from one point to walk straight into another. I didn't create this to give me a new job, on top of my regular 40 to 60 hour week real job, but see retirement coming soon. Every new step forwards that takes me closer to the need of making that early retirement a reality. Unfortunately my lawyer Jeff is the only reason why I now work 90+ hours per week. I sure hope he gets this all figured out soon, I get about 4 hours of rest and sleep a day waiting on him. As a musician, I haven't touched an instrument in like 6 months. That was my sole stress reliever. I'm not complaining. I love the challenge. But now Leah spends every moment awake doing the same, and she did not sign on for this. Hence why we have new employees. Please bare with us, we are training them as fast as we can, to get them used to doing it our way. We may be unorthodox, in making everything by human hands, but to both of us, this is important, and must be continued. I've spent 30 years in the chemical manufacturing industry, slowly automating everything, and I don't want this to follow that same route. We need to be hands on to keep the brand alive and well. And too, we can't grow and move forward, if we just turn the control over to other people thinking that they care about us as much as we care about you.
