On November 16, 2020 we replaced this old Airquest furnace due to a failed heat exchanger! We replaced it with a new 90,000 btu, 80% efficient Airtemp furnace!With this install we ran new B-vent (double wall) exhaust vent pipe per nys code! #airtemp. #bvent.

On November 14, 2020 we replaced this Goodman furnace due to a failed secondary heat exchanger! We replaced it with a new 95% efficient, 54,000 btu Airtemp furnace! For this install we also added a new high voltage emergency shut off switch for easy access and per NYS code! #airtemp

On November 12, 2020 we replaced this old fuel oil furnace! We replaced it with a new 95% efficient, 72,000 btu Airtemp furnace! For this install we added a new return air drop with a filter boot for easy filter access! On November 10, 2020 we replaced this old American water heater due to age and the fact the legs were rusted and causing it to lean quite a bit! We replaced it with a new 40 gallon Bradford White Hydro Jet water heater! #bradfordwhite.
