Tenants are moving in to the new Piano Factory Lofts located at 82 Pearl Street! These lofts are fun and unique as you can tell from the pictures! Four of DSI's team members recently attended the first event at 500 Pearl in the Grand Aeries Room. The exquisite architecture and historical nature of this building has been beautifully preserved while adding modern designs throughout. We are proud to work with Ellicott Development on this project and many others going up in downtown Buffalo.

Another project complete for Door Specialties in the North Buffalo area! Hertel Avenue and its surroundings are experiencing a boom right now with the Lexington Co-op that recently opened its doors at 1678 Hertel Ave, and the Cornelius apartments that are going up in what once was St. Margaret's school at 1391 Hertel Avenue. We're excited to be a part of all these projects in this up and coming area.
