Dear patients, We hope that you are all staying safe and feeling well. We are happy to inform you that our office is now open for regular dental treatment. However, in order to maintain the safety of our patients and staff, we have adopted a few procedures for staff, patients and visitors: All patients will be seen on an appointment only basis. We are not accepting walk-ins at this time.... All patients will be screened for COVID-19 signs and symptoms over the phone prior to their appointment. All patients will have their temperature taken upon arrival at the office and will be requested to complete a COVID-19 screening form prior to treatment. Please attend your visit with a mask covering your nose and mouth (cloth masks are acceptable). In accordance with social distancing regulations, please call our office at (718)726-6291 once you have arrived for your visit. Our staff will inform you to either wait outside or in your car until a treatment room is ready. Only patients scheduled for treatment will be allowed in the office. All other visitors will be asked to remain outside for the duration of the visit. Only one parent may accompany a minor. Please wash your hands with hand sanitizer that will be available to you upon arrival in the office. We are excited to reopen and look forward to seeing you again.
