This Saturday, August 16 2014, will be Dragon Garden's last official day for take-out orders & menu dining. It will close for 2 months for renovation & reopen as "Jade Asian Bistro" under ownership by Joe's niece. We have enjoyed being a part of the Scotia community and know our 'regular's' orders by heart. Thank you everyone for your patronage over the past 35 years!! Happy Retirement Joe Chan!

Happy Chinese New Year everyone! (Feb. 10, Year of the Snake) Get a haircut & clean the house (before the 10th), buy some red flowers, pussywillows, plum blossoms,mandarin oranges/kumquats, and give your neighbor and family some Red Envelopes filled with money. All for a prosperous new lunar year!

Joyce's Lunch recommendations (often over-looked items): Beef Chow Fun (a Noodle Dish, broad rice noodles, request some chinese broccoli thrown in and it's similar to Thai Pad See Ew noodles), Singapore Mei Fun (a Noodle Dish, thin vermicelli rice noodles stir-fried with chicken, roast pork strips, shrimp, egg, scallions, Finished off with light Curry Powder), ... Pork & Cabbage Dumplings (Fried- always! The dumpling sauce is Awesome). Add a pint of soup.
