Happy New Year we are back to the Dojo after our Holiday Break! Hope to see everyone in class this week. Hope everyone had a healthy and Happy New Years. Let's ...set some goals and start working toward them. A Wiseman once told me when we are healthy we have a lot of goals, and when we are not healthy we only have 1 goal. Well for 6 months my 1 goal was getting healthy again. I'm done saw my Doctor today. I have to let my body heal for 2 more weeks and then I can start training and working out again.
