Sunshine- My son says "The sun of God is TOO Bright today!" Water- Skin is our largest organ made up of 64% H2O Rest- No, don't sleep when you're dead. That's from the 90s. Most mothers get about 5 hours of sleep per night. We need 7-9 Brains cannot function properly without rest. They also cannot fight off disease without it!! ... Air- Respiration is required for all living things. This process allows the energy for eating, growing and altogether living! Exercise- delivers oxygen and nutrients to you organs and body tissues. In other words-what you consume needs assistance in it's travels throughout your body. Regular excercise gives you more consistent energy. Diet-aka WHAT YOU EAT. This one is tricky because the word itself denotes some sort of regiment of elimination. Not exactly. Balanced nutrition is a better way to describe this necessity. Eat for what you body needs to do. If it doesnt serve a vital system of your body (including our healthy minds), then don't eat it. Love yourself today! Xo Dray
