We have always been a huge fan of Keuka Brewing Co., and this isn’t a new beer debut, but we have a thing for goddesses and great beer! The PERSTEPHANIE is a Kolsh brewed with local honey from Wixson in Dundee, NY. The name a playful and powerful fusion of Persephone, the Goddess of Spring Growth, and Stephanie, Leuka Brewing’s First Daughter. Only brewed in spring/summer so we will... have to wait until next year for both summer and this delicious brew!
