Dear Parents and Caregivers: We hope you are well and taking good care of yourself and your families. As a valued member of our patient community, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We are closely monitoring events in our local community and continuously updating our policies as a result of new information. Our highest priority is to keep all of our patients and staff as safe as poss...ible. Please be assured our office is following all recommended guidance; including best practices for hygiene, infection control and medical team health. In addition, we are screening before every visit, have adjusted our scheduling to space patients out and to see patients in the office for well care only. We feel confident in our ability to continue seeing patients and providing primary care according to the Tradition of Quality Care you have come to expect and deserve. While social distancing and other measures to prevent infection are of utmost importance it is equally important to remain healthy and to continue regular well care and immunizations in the office. We do not know how long it will be before the crisis is over and believe the best course of action is to stay on schedule. For other medical concerns we have expanded our services to include secure tele-medicine video visits to ensure your healthcare remains uninterrupted. As always, we are available 24/7. I am writing this post to ask our dentist parents and all other specialists who are forced to close their offices, to please let us know if you have face masks and gloves that you could spare, so we could continue to care for infants and children in our office for as long as we can!

Our office is safe for well care. This is how our waiting room has looked all day. Patients walk in and we bring them directly to a room. Respiratory illness has been shifted to telemedicine and we have not tested anyone for COVID-19 in the office. Please keep your scheduled appointments, unless you are on quarantine. Your favorite doctor may not have availability in a few weeks.
