Anxiety, fear, and panic are all things that many patients seek out care for. Often times people are looking for a natural approach to supporting these concerns. Enzymes work miracles for anxiety and panic, but if you’re not actively doing work on your central nervous system to support change; you can take everything I own under the sun and still not get relief because the concerns are in the programming of the bodies nervous system!... Anxiety disorders require that you reprogram your brain to body to central nervous system connection. Until you do that you’re going to be sitting and staring wondering why nothing is working. I am going to be sharing what works for me in my life in terms of tools that support grounding me, allowing me to get into my body, allowing me to get out of the loop of the rumination and get out of my head. The last place you want to be during an anxiety shit storm is in your head yet it’s the first place we go because that’s what’s actually driving anxiety! You are clear that your needs will be met with grace and ease, and you don’t need to take sides or race to get ahead of someone else! This is one of the many ironies of the fifth dimension compared to third. You don’t care if people don’t like you, and you don’t care if you are different. You do have compassion. You do care about people, but not to the point that it holds you back or locks you into something that isn’t a fit for you.
