What a great day! I love seeing my favorite transformations coming back and still looking fantastic. This beautiful lady started treatment with me in 2016. She was very self conscious about her smile because her front tooth was damaged and repaired when she was little, and left untouched into her adult years. Her front tooth became a sore point in her life. She has a great smile and very white teeth, and we both adore her gap! We decided to take the plunge and make a crown t...o match her natural right central. Some zirconia and porcelain and a little magic from my favorite lab tech, and now we have a pt who loves to smile! PS - The last picture is from today. This patient was kind enough to indulge my Dental OCD and let me reshape the crown and add composite to the left incisor so that their sizes and shapes match their partners on the right even better. I can let out a sigh of relief. I've wanted to do that for nearly 2 years

Loved attending Columbia's "Managing Complex Esthetic and Implant Cases" course this weekend! Three full days of veneers, anterior implants, socket preservations, esthetic crown lengthening, advancements in digital dentistry, dental photography, and an eye opening lecture from master ceramacists on the art and science behind lifelike restorations. My mind feels wide open and I'm itching to do some beautiful work.
