Making do while the dozer is getting serviced!

We received a call a while back about a roof leaking, the homeowners conveyed that their roof was only 12 years old, and they’ve had more than one contractor attempt to repair it since. Unfortunately we had to do the entire roof including sheathing because of improper installation. The owners decided to make some nice exterior improvements while we were at it! In an unfortunate turn of events we uncovered quite a bit of structural damage that needed attention. Here at DSG this is the last thing we want, we like to give good news only but that’s not always possible. But what we did do is we did all the structural work on the house at cost! And not only that but we threw on a few surprises for the owners as well! #NotYourAverageContractor
