This month "Restore & Renew" will focus on a new theme each week, now Tuesdays at 6pm EST. This class is for both beginners and those who want to deepen their Pilates practice. This class is donation-based ($5-$25, you choose). Due to a generous client donor, all class donations will be matched! 200% of the proceeds will go to Food Bank for NYC.
