Appointment-Only whenever possible: (315) 568-4472... Service appointments: vehicle drop off only. Local shuttle provided if scheduled ahead. Sales appointments: only primary buyer & co-signer, if applicable. For their safety, please do not bring children to the appointment. For Auto Loan and Storage payments: Debit or credit card: please call in your payment (315) 568-4472 during business hours (Monday Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Money order, bank check, or personal check (NO CASH): mark name on account & account type and drop in the Drop Box to the right of the Main Office door. If mailing payments: postal delays may result in late fees. Payments do not post to your account until we receive them.
