Here are four stretches to address this .... . 1Hip Rock Stretch 2Standing External Rotation Hip Opener 390-90 Hip Opener 4Runners Stretch . . Never over-push a stretch, make sure it’s comfortable and moderate. . . These exercises can be turned into a dynamic stretch (Stretching with movement), which you can add to your warmup routine . . Rob... The East End PT Mascot (Athletic Trainer)-- If you don't know Rob than you really don't know East End PT! Always quick on his feet, Rob has been part of the family since 2000For our long time clients many of you may remember Rob's father who was the original owner and founder of East End Physical Therapy. He holds classes on Tuesday afternoons, and Saturday mornings to keep you in tip-top shape! Alejandro...Our sweet Alejandro-- "when you call me, you can call me Al....doo do do do " Alejandro joined the East End PT family in 2015 after we pretty much forced him to come work with us (not really forced but BEGGED him) Coming off super quiet Alejandro has come right out of his shell. He even turned 21 while working here and we took him out for his "first" drink.Alejandro is always willing to lend a helping hand. He really is the BEST and we think everyone agrees! After all these years we're still forcing Alejandro to become a Physical TherapistAlso lets talk about that gorgeous head of hair!

Emily...Meet Gail's clone her mini-me..but seriously because its the (best) mother daughter dynamic duo!-- Emily has been with the company since 2009 but took a year off to get her Massage Therapy license and joined back with us in 2013Always perky. Always smiling. That’s Emily. Even after putting in extra hours several days in a row, she’s still on top of her game. After learning from the best Emily is a genius when it comes to insurance and is known to fight on our patients behalf. Emily's organizational skills blow us out the water, always making sure everything is in order--but also on everyone's case when its not!
