Join the Society as we explore our gardens and collections to celebrate National Garden Month in April. Keep checking our Social Media pages for historic photos, great interviews, and fantastic items from the collection! Pictured: The Wiborg Estate was called "The Dunes," and the house sat directly on a dune facing the ocean. This card, from the early 20th century, shows the spectacular Italian gardens placed some distance from the front of the house. The house was burned in 1941. From the permanent collection. #Nationalgardenmonth #gardens #history #easthamptonhistoricalsociety #easthampton #longisland
